Neumann Kaffee GrUppe
Argyll Sutherland was engaged to conduct a project feasibility study for the World's largest green coffee processor and trader. The project involved the construction of a new, state-of-the-art coffee processing mill in Uganda. Activities included potential site identification, local content relations and negotiations, contractor and procurement providers, technology provider engagements, cost estimates and financial viability analysis. NKG are due to break ground in 2023 and with completion and commissioning by mid-2024.

Afrikiri
Argyll Sutherland looked at a joint project to develop a sustainable biomass and forestry project in East Africa with a trial location across 300 Ha on the banks of the Nile. The greater ambition of the project was to reach 4000 Ha of plantations. We provided project management, financial modelling and local content engagements.

Almar East Africa
Philip Maciocia acted as a general manager consultant for Almar in Kenya covering the full scope of business management and operations associated with their container leasing and conversions business.

ASG Agri
Argyll Sutherland developed an agri inputs business focused on the livestock sector. The entity obtained agency rights for Provita Supplements GmbH, a subsidiary of Schaumann Agri International, one of Germany's largest manufacturers of animal nutrition products.

AERE ENERGY
Argyll Sutherland conducted a pre-feasibility study for a waste-to-energy company looking to develop a $40 million waste processing, recycling and energy-producing plant. We conducted full market surveys, government engagements, projects costing and financing origination.
